What is a sari?

The sari is the most famous traditional garment from India.

A sari is a cloth of approximately 5 to 7 meters long and one meter twenty wide and is draped around the body.

With this cloth you create a wonderful robe, which fits every woman.

Under a sari a petticoat (petticoat) and be a a brief up blouse (choli) in corresponding colors are worn.

There are different ways to wear a sari depending on region/climate, ethnic group, religion and tradition.
